Have you tried yoga? Do you have trouble finding the perfect fit of yoga pants? Scientists say there are many benefits to this highly regarded exercise. With careful stretching and proper poses, you could make major improvements on your flexibility and posture in no time. What is more, you could get that body you always wanted to have in that swimwear this summer. 

Yoga is more than a workout. It involves meditation and relaxation. There are breathing techniques and other points to consider.

The celebrity has been practicing yoga for at least a decade. In a 2013 article with Access Online, he explained how he does it everyday with a class of 30 to 40 students. What’s great about the exercise is the social aspects.

The actress started doing yoga in her 20s and said in the process she found herself. Yoga not only affects the body but the mind and spirit as well. In addition, Biel has a lot on her plate as a wife and mother of 2 and yoga helps her destress. Although it’s difficult, she finds 20 to 30 minutes each day to perform  yoga activities.

5. Justin Timberlake

Number 5 on the list is Jessica Biel’s husband Justin Timberlake. It’s been reported that Timberlake and Biel find time to do yoga together. Working out with one another might help them maintain a strong and healthy relationship.

Kate Hudson is another celebrity yogi and 6th on the list. Here is an interesting fact about the star. She became interested in yoga while pregnant with her first daughter. Now she is a noteworthy yogi with an assortment of stretches and poses. 

7. Gisele Bundchen

What can you say about Gisele Bunhchen? With a body like the Brazilian supermodel it’s only natural she does yoga? Like Number 4 on the list, she started doing yoga in her 20s. She loves meditation too and meditates every morning at 4:30 am.

If you don’t want to do yoga, I understand. Though you may want to consider something similar. There are alternatives such as Tai Chi, Pilates, and Qigong.

I decided to make this list for anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. Lately, Hollywood stars have shined in the media and on social media. We’ve seen Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, and Tom Holland in India. Celebrities are constantly promoting products and selling something. It’s the nature of the entertainment industry to A.B.C. (Always Be Closing) But I believe the biggest product a star or anyone can promote is oneself. Let’s do big things in 2023. Can’t Get Enough of Hilary Duff

Hilary Duff has been on my mind for a very long time. I grew up watching the Disney actress perform as Lizzie McGuire. In the meantime, I’ve seen many of her Hollywood movies. One of my most popular posts features the celebrity. Check out Hottest Hollywood Starlet’s Under 30 when you get a chance.

Right now Hilary is making headlines because of the Democratic National Convention and Hillary Clinton. You see the blonde actress is single right now and me too. Maybe, I should send her a tweet or something. I hear she’s working on a dating reality TV show. You know how I feel about reality shows, but I could make an exception for Duff.

What would it be like dating a famous person, not just any famous person? This girl knocks your socks off and rocks your world. Would we vacuum the red carpet together? Would my people call her people? You know the showbiz runaround and the entertainment two step.

Hollywood is a dreamworld. The more I latch onto its ideas, the more addicting it gets. It’s kind of like drinking Coca-Cola from a bottle.

I love Hilary Duff because she’s no nonsense. Yes, Yoga plays a part in her mental makeup. And that’s the thing I’m talking about. 

Brains are more important than beauty. Hilary has stayed out of trouble and made the most of her career. It takes smarts to make it to this point.


Beauty helps though. Boy, that smile is amazing. And those eyes make you melt. 
Plus, Duff is never a buzz kill. She always has something positive to say. When you’re happy, you make other people happy. “I’m so excited, I just can’t hide it.” 
Like the Pointer Sisters, I’m about to lose control and I think I like it. Who else can’t get enough of Hilary Duff?

Health is wealth. If you’re healthy, you’re wealthy. Life is the most precious gift in this blue and green world of ours. So, stay healthy so you can be wealthy.

In 2014, I made a decision to live a healthy lifestyle. This means I eat better food. I try to only intake nature’s best ingredients. In fact, my whole family is living much healthier lifestyles. So, this is an added bonus. 


Where Do You Start? 


If you’re feeling unhealthy, then you feel broke; meaning, you don’t have any money to spend. The fact is time has more value than money. 


You see, money is infinite; and, mankind’s lifespan is definite. So, make the most of your time; and, you’ll make more money.


Listen to me. I’m a Guru. Life is like yoga- you have a limited number of breaths. Start by embracing what is sacred. First of all, you should value yourself and family.


By nature, yoga exercise stresses relaxation and relief. If you’re unable to start jogging I recommend you combine your walking with yoga. If your life has a whole lot of chaos, yoga can help balance tricky situations. 


Next, drink water. Water is the key ingredient of good health. When you’re tired of drinking water, try drinking almond milk.

Do a little here and a little there. Every bit adds up. Value your health like you do your wealth. If it means: jogging on a treadmill, jumping jacks or jumping ropes, or improving your posture with yoga, just do it.

At an early age, I knew I wanted to be a writer. My family encouraged me. My teachers encouraged me. And, sooner than later I landed my first writing job at a newspaper.

My good health is also a lifestyle choice. I exercise at least three times per week. I eat a ton of fruits and vegetables every month.

As a youth, Rockefeller decided he wanted to live until he was 100. Wealth wasn’t his primary concern. Health was his primary concern. 


You see so many people today who work, work, work, and work. All they do is work. Well, it’s time to live. 


You see, Rockefeller understood that time is far more valuable than money. You can have all the money in the world, but you can never have enough time. 


You can be healthy by living the best lifestyle. Appreciate your health. In order to have good health, you have to make it first on your to-do-list.
