Do you watch daytime TV? Maybe you’re watching the Real right now. The Real is one of my favorite talk shows. There’s no other show quite like it.


I love the Real cast because they don’t hold anything back. Every last one of them makes a contribution. But, let’s be real…who does the best job?


  1. Loni Love

I’m partial toward comedians, so Loni Love gets the edge. Plus, she contributes more value to the show because of her humor. Who could forget her performance in Mall Cop 2, where she brings down the house?


Loni Love reminds me of a younger Whoopi. Does anyone else see the familiarity. They both have a similar style and stage presence. Loni controls the set like an air traffic controller.
  1. Tamera Mowry

The Sister Sister starlet has transformed into a reality TV supernova. Without question, Tamera adds class and a mixture of spice. We value her opinions because she’s honest about her life.


The wife and mother is relatable to her audience. Tamera opens up and tells the truth about herself. What is more, she’s a strong believer in God.

As the youngest sibling, I can identify with Tamar. She is smart, talented, generous, and kind. Braxton would rank higher but she’s absent sometimes. On the other hand, absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Why There Won’t Be Another Kid Rock

When Kid Rock is in the studio or onstage he utilizes electronic instruments and technology to the fullest. He maintains his relevancy and remains unflustered by technology’s rapidness. Looking at his Twitter, glancing at his Facebook, or reading his Wikipedia won’t fully measure his superstardom. Kid Rock may be old school but the new kids on the block respect him.
What’s more, he loves performing in front of thousands. It is an unbelievable feeling hearing fans scream at the top of their lungs. Everyone occupying the space is there on your behalf.
Cherish Kid Rock while you can. There won’t be another like him. The musician leads a fascinating lifestyle.
He’s a single man, so groupies will do anything to gain his attention. Who doesn’t want to be a pop or rock star? Celebrities make small fortunes from appearances alone.

Celebs are given free stuff all the time. Kid Rock is a rare sighting because he’s an outlaw. You see although Rock receives star treatment, he understands the price of freedom.
The celeb stirs controversy like coffee every morning. Moreover, he’s loyal to his roots. He represents Michigan better than congressmen. Also, Eminem owes him a steak dinner because Kid wasn’t served a full course meal on a silver platter.
As a white boy, he engaged in risky behavior associating with Murder Capital aka Detroit. Kid Rock defines celebrity because he always celebrates.

The Born Free songwriter lives the American Dream unapologetically. Who else has successfully crossed rock, rap, pop, and country genres? His duets with Sheryl Crowe are priceless.
There’s no doubt he is one of a kind. This self-taught musician can play various instruments. Kid doesn’t need to make the band, because he is the band. 5 am trains don’t deliver like Kid Rock delivers to his people.

Eat Right

The best insurance is taking care. Exercising and eating right can help prevent sickness. An active body and mind benefits the soul. Health care works when the person cares about being healthy. If someone keeps fit and diets well, then the person should feel energetic.

Still, sometimes taking care is not enough. That’s why doctors and nurses make a difference. Health insurance makes finding a doctor easier. Make health a number one priority. Take care of life. After all, everyone has one life to live. Also, not everyone should go to the gym right away.

Too many gym memberships are wasted. Joining a fitness center requires proper timing. Don’t waste time. Don’t waste money. Health and timing go hand and hand. Next chance while on the treadmill, pay attention to the built-in clock. When cooking dinner you may set the timer on the stove. Oh yeah, add some vegetables to the recipe. No matter what, it is always a good time to get healthy.

Just be devoted and it will work. Having a positive attitude increases the likelihood of success. So, you have to get insurance; it is vital. As long as you have a pulse beat, you need insurance that you will have a heart beat. Have you ever heard that song it goes like… “Ah, Ah, Ah, Ah staying alive. Staying alive (x2). Staying Ali—ve!” Listen to the lyrics. Live the lyrics. Stay alive.

I like the song because the beat and the words are joyful. Taking care means so much to insuring your health. “PREVENTION IS THE BEST MEDICINE.” In other words, your choice to live healthier is better than a prescription. Statistics show Americans as a group are overweight.

Many experts say do not focus on the negative that is LOSING WEIGHT. Instead, focus on what is positive- getting the right size for you. Check to see if your insurance pays for personal trainers. Be ready to be pushed by your trainer, but understand it is in your best interest.

Before joining get as much information as you can. I cannot stress it enough, we need to eat right. Whether you shop at Whole Foods or the local grocery store, keep in mind what you are buying and putting into your body. 

If you have to drink sugary drinks, because it is a habit, try to do it in moderation. Staying smart is the key. I have heard from the lips of health care officials; eating healthy matters more than exercising in terms of fitness and body weight. Everybody is different.

Some have a fast metabolism. Others have a slow metabolism. Know yourself- your body, mind, and soul. So, I say if it is said PREVENTION IS THE BEST MEDICINE, then PREPARATION IS THE BEST HEALTH INSURANCE. Take care.

I would say the price of fame is worth it. Although Adele and Jennifer Garner struggle with their celebrity, they love being a celebrity. It is crucial to point out celebrities want to be famous.


I leave you with Lady Gaga’s thoughts. It doesn’t take much to be a celebrity. In actuality, it is a thin line between ordinary and extraordinary. Fame is achievable if you reach out far enough.

Celebrities live a glamorous lifestyle. The Hollywood stars sacrifice good tasting food for nutrition. Each celebrity has a different reason for eating healthy.

Some have experienced health scares such as Bill Clinton. You will find it is important to nurture the body. You don’t need sodium and sugar.

I advise you to stay away from fattening foods. Let me be candid. I’m not a vegan or vegetarian. So, I’m not going to tell you to become one.

But, I do try to eat healthy, which means I eat more good stuff than bad. In my How to Be Healthy blog, I proclaimed that 2014 is our year for staying in good health.

In my article, I suggested playing golf. Golf is the ultimate social sport. You not only network but you get a moderate level of exercise at the same time. If you just work out a little, that can have a big impact.

You can find many celebrities on the golf course. Samuel L. Jackson obsesses over the game. Tons of celebrity golf tournaments are held every year. Many proceeds go to charities.

You can learn a lot from celebrities. They can teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle. Many celebrities are obsessed with being healthy.

Obsess over your health. If you start now it’s better than not starting at all. Remember, every bit helps.

I don’t think obsessing over health is a bad thing. Sure, you can take anything to an extreme. But, trying to naturally live longer is a worthy cause.

Count on the following celebrities to chug down a pitcher of vegetable juice daily. You won’t ever have to thump them on the head and say, “you could have had a V8.”

Silverstone wrote The Kind Diet in 2009. She stayed vegan her entire pregnancy. One thing she preaches is limiting calorie intake.

I recommend you get an app that keeps track of your calories.

She is one of the most famous pregnant vegans. Moreover, she made a decision that impacted her as well as her children. Kudos, Alicia!

In my how to be healthy photos, I endorsed drinking almond milk. You see, when you’re a vegan you stay away from all animal products. This means you can’t drink milk from a cow.

That’s why you have to respect celebrities like Common for embracing a challenging but meaningful way of life.

It is wonderful to know Woody is trying to live better. At times, we may make bad choices. You could choose to have a slice of cake you should have a slice of vegetable pie.

It’s crucial you don’t beat up yourself. Harrelson doesn’t. He admits to having multiple vices. Just make sure you have a few virtues to offset your vices.

Of course, Joss Stone is a vegan for life. Who knows? She may live to 100.

It takes courage to announce to the world you are a vegan. That’s exactly what Underwood has done. There’s no turning back she can’t renege now.

As an American Idol winner, Underwood is a role model. She sets an example for the youth.  We need more role models like her.

Golden Globe Award Winning Actor Joaquin Phoenix has been a vegan since the age of three. In fact, his whole acting family is vegan. I’m in no shape or form a PETA fan. However, I feel animals should be treated ethically.

Health is wealth. If you’re healthy, you’re wealthy. Life is the most precious gift in this blue and green world of ours. So, stay healthy so you can be wealthy.

In 2014, I made a decision to live a healthy lifestyle. This means I eat better food. I try to only intake nature’s best ingredients. In fact, my whole family is living much healthier lifestyles. So, this is an added bonus. 


Where Do You Start? 


If you’re feeling unhealthy, then you feel broke; meaning, you don’t have any money to spend. The fact is time has more value than money. 


You see, money is infinite; and, mankind’s lifespan is definite. So, make the most of your time; and, you’ll make more money.


Listen to me. I’m a Guru. Life is like yoga- you have a limited number of breaths. Start by embracing what is sacred. First of all, you should value yourself and family.


By nature, yoga exercise stresses relaxation and relief. If you’re unable to start jogging I recommend you combine your walking with yoga. If your life has a whole lot of chaos, yoga can help balance tricky situations. 


Next, drink water. Water is the key ingredient of good health. When you’re tired of drinking water, try drinking almond milk.

Yes, milk does the body good; but, almond milk does the body better. Your body breaks down as you getter older. Start right now and make a lifestyle change.

Take a bite out of apples. Your body will thank you. Your brain will tell you well done. Don’t forget to eat salad.


2014 is your year as well. The first step to being healthy is to eat healthier. You might have to change your diet. This means, eat more fruits and vegetables. Remember: you eat what you are. 


The Iceberg 


The whole truth is you have to exercise. The Doctors want you to work out 30 minutes per day. Here are 13 ways to exercise Hey, if you enjoy dancing, dance away. Do some salsa, ballroom dancing or aerobics.


All physical activity counts toward your health and wellbeing. Start working out and you’ll feel happier, and have more energy. Furthermore, if you want to lose weight, exercise is critical. 


There is toxic fat around you organs that can only get lost through exercise. For more information click here. I don’t advocate depriving yourself of food. Exercise is of the upmost importance.


The purpose of the iceberg is to float. I want you to tread above the water. Don’t beat yourself up. If you can’t do these things yet, remember time is your friend.


Do a little here and a little there. Every bit adds up. Value your health like you do your wealth. If it means: jogging on a treadmill, jumping jacks or jumping ropes, or improving your posture with yoga, just do it.

Your lifestyle has to change. Begin by making good health your top priority. Read articles on the topic. Here is a nice article for women’s health tips.These are nine easy steps toward good health. 


At an early age, I knew I wanted to be a writer. My family encouraged me. My teachers encouraged me. And, sooner than later I landed my first writing job at a newspaper. 


What compelled me to write is the lifestyle. Writers have the ability: to work for themselves, work when they want, and get freebies. Authors want me to read their books. And, as a result I’m offered free material.


My good health is also a lifestyle choice. I exercise at least three times per week. I eat a ton of fruits and vegetables every month. 


If you’re struggling with bad health, don’t forget to take your first step. Whenever you climb to the top: you must take your first step in order to take your last. 


Read about the nine foods men must eat. Stop drinking way too much beer. Start drinking more juice.


How to Be Healthy


John D. Rockefeller lived for 97 years. He is widely considered the wealthiest man in history. What is more, his health was his wealth. 


As a youth, Rockefeller decided he wanted to live until he was 100. Wealth wasn’t his primary concern. Health was his primary concern. 


You see so many people today who work, work, work, and work. All they do is work. Well, it’s time to live. 


You see, Rockefeller understood that time is far more valuable than money. You can have all the money in the world, but you can never have enough time. 


You can be healthy by living the best lifestyle. Appreciate your health. In order to have good health, you have to make it first on your to-do-list.
