Top 10 TV Shows Streaming Across All Platforms Right Now

Top 10 TV Shows Streaming

In this blog post, I want you to ride with me on a rollercoaster. Will you sit next to me and go on the ride? This ride goes straight up to the top. Expect exhilarating twists, twirls, and a big drop at the end.

Let’s Begin

It’s a beautiful Tuesday morning, evening, or night depending upon your location, and an absolute joy to be living. I don’t know what type of weather you’re dealing with but whatever the case is I hope you’re safe. Southern California received an unprecedented blizzard and the media can’t figure out what’s going on.

When I wrote my last blog post, what’s happening now, I thought about my friends in California. Still, people are out and about smiling grins as wide as ever. In this world, nothing can really get you down. All you really need is a high definition television and you’re good. Seriously, it doesn’t have to be huge.

What are your favorite modern day TV shows? Are they one of the top ones streaming right now? Let’s see. Why don’t we?

Countdown from 1 to 10

To enjoy the week I made a list of the top 10 TV shows to stream across platforms right now.

  1. House of the Dragon HBO Max
  2. The Lord of the Rings: TheRings of Power Prime Video
  3. The Last of Us HBO Max
  4. Only Murders In the Building Hulu
  5. Euphoria HBO Max
  6. Ginny & Georgia Netflix
  7. How I Met Your Father Hulu
  8. Yellowstone Paramount +
  9. Mayor of Kingstown Paramount +
  10. Wednesday Netflix

Number 1: House of the Dragon is a spin-off of Game of Thrones. If you’re a George R.R. Martin and fantasy fan this new HBO Max TV series will entertain you for many seasons. They still say Winter is coming. Well, spring is near and you can watch the House of the Dragon while cleaning your home. Like the next show on the list, this is an expensive television program to make.

Second, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will also entertain you for seasons to come. It’s the most expensive TV show ever made largely because of billionaire Jeff Bezos’ involvement. When you’ve got the money, you can call the shots or not. Rings of Power deserves to make the list. It’s different from the original Lord of the Rings, yet still hasn’t lost the magical feeling. In other words, it’s magnificent and the family will enjoy every minute.

Another newcomer is the Last of Us, which is based on a video game. I can’t understate this show’s popularity. HBO Max seems like an ideal streaming platform having a wide range of selections. Check out this brief article about the Last of Us. Fourth, Only Murders In the Building on Hulu is a unique show starring Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez. If you have a twisted sense of humor I think you’ll like this TV show. However, the show is rated TV Mature for a reason. Where are my Selena Gomez fans? Calm down, she’s in the building.

Fifth, Euphoria starring Zendaya is must-see TV. Also, on HBO Max, it has won her dozens of accolades. Now, going into the third season, who knows if there are three more left. Because of the success of the show, Zendaya is now the highest paid TV actress in the industry.

Sixth, Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia makes the list. It’s good stuff if you haven’t seen it already I highly recommend watching it. Seventh up, How I Met Your Father on Hulu comes in with a splash. I wanted to add a sitcom to my list and this is a great show starring Hilary Duff.

To finish it off, we have Yellowstone (eighth) and Mayor of Kingstown (ninth) on Paramount +. Finally, Wednesday on Netflix starring the beautiful Jenna Ortega absolutely completes the top ten. It’s only in the first season and has broken all types of records on the streaming platform. People simply love the young Hollywood star.

The rollercoaster is finished. I hope you had fun. That was my spin on things. Did any of your favorite TV shows make it? Is this the best top ten list you’ve seen in a while? Thanks for reading. I appreciate the feedback a great deal. Stay safe!

The first episode of HBO’s the Last of Us aired two days ago. Could a pilot episode launch any better than this one? If you haven’t seen it yet, or you want to know additional details, keep reading for more. In my opinion, the series couldn’t have debuted at a more perfect time. It’s 2023 and a whole lot is happening in the world. Based on a popular video game, HBO’s new TV show is relevant is edgy. In “When You’re Lost in the Darkness,” the episode goes deep into the zombies/ fungus themes.

It begins in 1968, then goes into 2003 (where all hell breaks loose in Texas), finally it comes around to Boston 2023. The actors do a fine job conveying the mission statement. From the lead character to the extras, everyone plays a vital role in this masterpiece. How does the series compare to the video game? Do you want to play the game now that you’ve seen the TV show? If you like television, the Last of Us is the TV show for you. This is not your typical Hollywood story. I believe HBO was surprised by the pilot’s success. I am looking forward to watching more episodes. Do you want to read a recap of some of the season? Is this your favorite new TV program?

The main question that is on everybody’s mind is how did we get here? The Last of Us is at a point of no return. The post-apocalyptic plot is full of twists and turns. What do you think is the best scene? How does this compare to The Walking Dead? Like the Walking Dead had, I see the Last of Us as having enormous potential. Right now, stars are being born on the TV show. All the hard efforts are noticed. Putting together something of such high quality takes blood, sweat, and tears. In summary, the Last of Us is more than a game now. It’s a TV hit!
