Why Avengers Is the Ultimate Brand



    Last summer Avengers: Infinity War was released in theaters. I was lucky to watch this blockbuster movie. Avengers: Infinity War was probably the biggest and best movie of Summer 2018.

    It had everything you could want in a film: action, romance, suspense, drama, and a little comedy. I highly recommend seeing any Avengers movie. Marvel does it the best.

    Now, Robert Downey Jr. showed why he is time and time again the number 1 actor in the world. Plus, Scarlett Johansson shined bright like the diamond she is. And Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt proved why they have Hollywood’s favorite first name.

    In a sense, Avengers: Infinity War was the ultimate movie. Moreover, Avengers is the ultimate brand because the movie franchise is comparable to Star Wars and Star Trek. In fact, I think it’s better than Star Trek.

    Give the director kudos because managing all those egos must have been extremely challenging if not a nightmare. Also, the cinematography was on point. I loved all the characters. There was lots of color and excitement.

    You see, Avengers goes beyond the movies. Like Star Wars, it is woven in the fabric of pop-culture. It is worldwide appealing too. It is more than just America.

    The genius behind Avengers, itself, is that the franchise is movies within a movie, TV within television, and well-defined characters within themselves. In other words, you can count on your kids wanting to dress up as an Avenger on Halloween. There are so many choices. Doesn’t everybody want to be a superhero?

    In closing, Hollywood is changing. The movies are more daring. It is not enough to merely follow the formula anymore. You’ve got to tweak the script and challenge the status quo.

    Without question, Avengers set the bar high every time. All their movies are top-notch quality. They create superior original entertainment.

    Avengers: Infinity War reminded me of being a blend between X-Men Apocalypse and Days of Future Past. Avengers, as a Marvel brand, takes you on an adventure. What is more, the journey is a dream come true for comic book fans. That’s why Avengers is the ultimate brand.

Enjoying Jennifer Lawrence

Forget dating Jennifer Lawrence. How about we party and become friends. It’s easy enjoying the Joy actress because the celebrity knows how to have fun.
Can you imagine Jennifer doing anything other than acting? Are you happy that she was discovered? What would Hunger Gamesbe without Jennifer Lawrence?
Are you looking forward to seeing X-Men: Apocalypse? Check out my movie review of X-Men: Days of Future Past. JLaw was made to play the Mystique role. Dave Cockrum and Chris Claremont had someone like her in mind when they created the comic.


You name the movie- all eyes are on Jennifer’s body. Producers should put Megan Fox in one of the Starz movies. Maybe, Megan can be her love interest.
I highly recommend watching Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle. You won’t find better acting anywhere. Also, the stories are interesting and suspenseful. Bradley Cooper demonstrates why he deserves an Oscar. And Christian Bale proves why he is a top 5 actor.
Jennifer brings out the best in Christian and Bradley. That’s why these movies are great. Surround yourself with greatness because working with great people will rub off on you.

Another highly anticipated movie is Passengers.In it, Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt have a sex scene. By all accounts she’s in it to win it. It’s amazing this was her first time on screen.
Sexiness is one of the benefits of being Jennifer Lawrence. The red carpet rolls out for her even when she’s on the beach. Who’s taking trips to Tinseltown just to spot the star? It wouldn’t surprise me if the 5 star actor only dines at 5 star restaurants and sleeps in 5 star hotels.

Anna Faris carved her career path with a machete. She started professionally acting in Hollywood after auditioning for Scary Movie. In fact, Scary Movie was her very first audition.
Actors deal with rejection on a regular basis. Moreover, an actress rarely receives a callback after only one audition. That’s why Anna Farris is scarce.
Celebrities must subscribe to the foot in the door strategy. I call this the Hollywood Hokey Pokey. “You put you’re right foot in, you take you’re right foot out, you do the Hokey Pokey and you turn yourself around and that’s what it’s all about.” Becoming famous like Anna Faris simply involves taking steps toward your goals.
Although Anna Faris was born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was raised in a small town near Seattle, Washington. Eventually, Anna arrived at Tinseltown with a dream.

Showbiz provides abundant opportunities, although the likelihood of someone striking riches is slim. Luckily Anna disregarded the statistics and overcame the odds. The actress possesses a burning passion for theatre.
This thespian’s skills are underestimated. She can play comedic roles and serious parts. Farris deserves recognition for her performance in Brokeback Mountain.
She is known for making you laugh and cry like Kate Hudsonby playing stereotypical roles such as the amazingly attractive but dumb blonde. In reality, Anna Faris is a bright brunette. Locking down husband Chris Pratt was a smart decision. It goes both ways because Pratt is fortunate to have married the sweet and kind Hollywood actress. Additionally, she is a good reason why he’s such a hot commodity.

Girls like Anna Faris are scarce. Right now she is probably in the kitchen cooking a Rachael Ray recipe and rehearsing lines with Chris. The celebrity likely has Martha Stewart’s phone number on speed dial. The House Bunny runs her home efficiently. Anna is a good wife and mother.

What is Zoe Saldana’s secret? How does the actress maneuver her way inside Hollywood’s most critically acclaimed blockbusters? Why was she chosen to play important roles in Star Trek, Avatar, and Guardians of the Galaxy?
Do you remember Colombiana? I saw it on demand with my family one Christmas Eve. There’s something special about her presentation.
She is perfect at showing you a character’s flaws. The petite celebrity doesn’t spread herself too thin. I want to see her gain weight for a role like a female Christian Bale and Chris Pratt. The question is will Saldana be able to shed the extra fat.
Throughout Zoe Saldana’s career, the Hollywood star has shined. That’s why her movies receive glowing reviews. Right now, her movie Premiummaintains 100 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

The dedicated actress aims to please. Producers, directors, actors, and fans expect dutiful performances and excellence from Zoe. How many times does she over deliver results?

She is my favorite science fiction/ fantasy actress. I fully support Saldana replacing Halle Berry as Storm in X-Men. Can you picture Zoe and Jennifer Lawrence sharing a screen?
The photogenic Latina works well with powerful egos and nicely for demanding bosses. She is a popular choice because she’s likable. It seems you can approach the accommodating actress without being body slammed.
However, I discourage stalking celebs even reality TV stars. I don’t care if you’re Paparazzi. Imagine walking in their shoes.
I’m fond of Zoe’s filmography. I’ve seen several of her movies on more than one occasion. Recently, I learned she was a highly trained dancer. In fact, she was a fine ballerina before her acting career.

I have a theory that Zoe Saldana’s ballerina training helps explain her flexibility as a thespian. Undergoing rigorous choreography requires discipline. Saldana’s step sequences literally and figuratively taught her how to be flexible. It is wonderful beholding Zoe Saldana.

Why Chris Pratt Is a Hot Commodity

For the record, I’ve said for the longest that Hollywood’s biggest first name is Chris. Have you noticed everybody has the same name? But that’s another story.
If I could bag up Chris Pratt and sell Mini-Mes of the movie star I would do it. I’m not talking about action figures. I would make the Jurassic World actor available for the masses to enjoy.
Right now, Chris Pratt is a hot commodity on Hollywood Boulevard. Jennifer Lawrenceadmitted to being nervous before filming her sex scene with the Guardian of the Galaxy/ Star-Lord. She’s not alone. Everyone wants to get his or her hands on him.
People robbed Pratt of Sexiest Man Alive in 2014. That magazine ranked him #2. Could you settle for second? I know you couldn’t because you’re a first place finisher/ winner. That’s why you read the Guru Jay website.

Luckily, Pratt still has time. After all, he’s only 36. David Beckham won at the age of 40. Plus, there are other rankings besides People.

The best Park and Recreation episodes feature Chris Pratt. I don’t know how producers convinced Chris to stay on P&R, but I’m glad that they handled it.
The future is bright for this movie star. I expect Passengers and the Magnificent Seven to do wonders in box office numbers (pun intended).
Nothing seems to irritate Chris Pratt. You want to be cool under pressure like the actor.

Celebrities are like stocks. Their salaries fluctuate like stock prices. Sooner or later the bubble will burst.
Experts recommend buying commodities because you can physically possess and own it. So, I ask you this…isn’t Chris Pratt hot? Isn’t the stud physical? In the words of Jim Cramer, BUY, BUY, BUY!

The biggest first name in Hollywood is Chris. Evans, Hemsworth and Pratt are making strides on the Walk of Fame. What is more, this trio’s footprints belong on the Boulevard.


You don’t want Chris Evans’ representation. He should fire his manager. Darn it! Chris Evans is a franchise player making a rookie’s salary.

People magazine named Chris Hemsworth the sexiest man alive. Apparently they forgot about the other two ‘Christies’ Evans and Pratt. Oh, how superficial can Hollywood get?
All these actors have one thing in common. You guessed it. They’re gym rats.

Here’s the truth. Hollywood leading men must have astronomically sized muscles. In case you’re not physically imposing, you need to work twice as hard to land auditions. It’s rare but talent beats brute force on occasion.
Give Hemsworth credit for his role selection. Have you seen ‘Thor?’ Do you plan to go see his new movie ‘Blackhat?’
‘Parks and Recreation’ cast member Chris Pratt came a long way from Jump Street. ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ was his big break. Always keep the line open, in case Marvel calls.
Pratt stars in the highly anticipated Jurassic World. With such favorable momentum, how can Chris lose? Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Furthermore, Hemsworth has a key role in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’ I predict Avengers will take the second slot right after ‘Star Wars.’ Franchises tend to do swell at the box office.
Who would win a hypothetical Battle Royal? If I were a betting man, I’d choose Evans because he seems more assertive. In combat sports such as wrestling and boxing one’s awareness is critical.
Evans is only 6’0. Pratt stands at 6’2. And Hemsworth comes in at 6’3. Hemsworth could overpower Pratt.
Between these ‘Marvel’ movie stars, Chris Pratt is the best actor. Am I right? Who’s better?

Why Guardians of the Galaxy was #1

2014 belonged to Guardians of the Galaxy. The Marvel movie, which made nearly $775 million, was the highest grossing movie of the year. Chris Pratt demonstrated his on screen prowess. And Zoe Saldana showed why she is on top of the fantasy world.
It was an absolute must-see movie. The prison break scene was epic. Rocket Raccoon played by Bradley Cooper stole the show. Although Vin Diesel was unrecognizable as Groot, he was good nonetheless.


Why Guardians of the Galaxy was #1
Music + movies= success. I haven’t heard a better soundtrack than Guardians of the Galaxy in a long time. I give the music an A+.
B-School students should take note of Guardians of the Galaxy’s marketing campaign. Producers didn’t waste a single dollar. This movie could have easily cost Marvel $300 million. Instead, the film was made with a conservative budget of $150 million.
Thanks to casting there was a nice mixture of talent. But, the screenplay missed the mark. Why am I so hard on screenwriters?


With that said, I give the movie a solid B+. I enjoyed the scenes. It was a wonderful experience with amazing computer graphics.
If you want a fun family and action-packed film go with Guardians. It is a highly creative motion picture. This is Hollywood’s finest.
Guardians of the Galaxy was number 1 because everyone could enjoy it. It was a rare film that appeals to grandma and grandson. I highly recommend this highest grossing movie.
